Select the product and press the "Add to cart" button. The number of pieces can be changed both during the initial addition and from the "Shopping basket". Click the "Place Order" button. Fill in the personal data required for the order and delivery (if you are not logged into the account). Select your preferred delivery method. (Digital Products are delivered instantly as a download link.) Select your preferred payment method. (Digital Products are paid for online only.) Click the "Complete Order" button. In the case of online payment, by bank card, fill in the payment details. The notification received after placing the order is informative. The order is considered placed when the shipping notification is received.

Digital Products are received in the form of a Download Link on the Thank You Page after checkout andan email to the address attached to the account from which the order was made.(Or, if the order was made without an account, the email address provided at checkout.)This link is available for 30 days!AT THE MOMENT WE FULFILL ORDERS ONLY ON THE TERITORY OF ROMANIA. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded. Within 14 working days, the order of physical products can be returned without penalty and without citing any reason. Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the Buyer. Socolossal is notified by means of a telephone conversation or an e-mail about the desire to return the product within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the package. The return condition is for the product to be in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging with all accessories and labels, without signs of use. Package the product(s) properly so that they are not damaged during transport. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. The counter value of the product/products will be returned to the Buyer's account, by bank transfer, within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the parcel by the Seller. Personal data, such as name, address, telephone number and email, are processed only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the order. They will not be sold to third parties, but only shared with the courier company with which we have a contract and online payment service providers. Payment details will only be securely processed by the online payment platform and integrated payment processor.
