Digital Products are received

in the form of a Download Link

on the Thank You Page after checkout.

Digital Products are also sent

in the form of a Download Link to the email address

attached to the account from which the order was made.

This link is valid for 30 days!

(Or, if the order was made without an account,

email address provided at checkout.)

For Physical Products:

Delivery is made by Courier, in approximately 3-5 working days.

Shipping is calculated according to distance and weight.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

According to the Law, you have the right to return the Physical Products, within 14 working days, without penalty and without giving any reason.

You will bear the shipping fee for returns, the amount of which will be deducted from the value to be returned.

The return of the sum will be made only by bank transfer, to the iban account mentioned by you.

The money will be returned within a maximum of 14 working days, after we recieved the package.
If you want to exchange the product for another one, the shipping fee will be paid, plus the difference if applicable.

The Product/Products must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging with all accessories and labels, without signs of use, assembly or disassembly (in the case of products that require assembly for use).

The Product/Products must be properly packed, so as not to be damaged during transport.
You must notify us by phone or email that you wish to return the product(s).
