DEFINITION OF TERMS
Socolossal- is the trade name of SOCOLOSSAL SRL, the company that operates the site www.socolossal.ro, registered at the Trade Register with no. J2024034969003, unique fiscal registration code 50774865, EUID ROONRC.J2024034969003.

Seller - SOCOLOSSAL SRL under the name of Socolossal.
Buyer / Customer - the natural or legal person who places an order.
User - any natural or legal person who, by completing the account creation process, has given his consent regarding the Terms and Conditions of this site.
Website - www.socolossal.ro domain as well as its subdomains.
Order - an electronic document by which the buyer transmits to the seller, through the site, his desire to purchase goods and services.
Contract - represents the distance contract concluded between the seller and the buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller or the buyer.

ONLINE SALE
1.1 By registering an online order, the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (telephone and email), through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
1.2 The notification received by the Buyer, after placing an order, has an informative role and does not represent the acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the contract. The notification is made by phone or email. For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of goods and / or services, following to notify the Buyer by email or telephone. In case of an online payment, the Seller will return to the Buyer the amount of money paid.
1.3 The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, when the Buyer receives sms / email as if his order has been sent.
1.4 Access to place an order is allowed to any Customer / Buyer. For justified reasons, Socolossal reserves the right to restrict a Buyer's access to certain payment methods, in case, through his actions or his activity, he could harm / has harmed in any way Socolossal.
1.5 For justified reasons, the Seller may refuse the delivery of the products to a Buyer, if based on the conduct or activity of the Customer / Buyer, his actions could harm / have harmed in any way Socolossal.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
2.1 After confirming the order, the Customer / Buyer agrees to pay the value of the products in the refund system (if he chose this method), plus the transport (if applicable).
2.2 The information requested in the case of online payments is subject to the conditions of use of payment processors, and Socolossal will not request and will not store any details regarding your card. Stripe is the online payment processor used by the Seller.

2.3 DIGITAL PRODUCTS (including the DIGITAL GIFT CARD) CAN ONLY BE PAID ONLINE by debit/credit card.

2.4 DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE SENT AS A DOWNLOAD LINK ON THE THANKS PAGE AFTER COMPLETING THE ORDER AND TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED TO THE ACCOUNT OR THE ONE PROVIDED AT COMPLETION OF THE ORDER (in the case of orders placed without a user account).

2.5 The DIGITAL GIFT CARD will be received by the recipient in the form of a unique code to the email address provided by the buyer when placing the order. It is valid for 12 MONTHS from the date of purchase

THE RIGHT OF RETURN
3.1 The legislation (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014) stipulates "the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of return of products ".
3.2 The Buyer / Customer bears the shipping fee for returns, which will be deducted from the value to be returned. The Client / Buyer agrees that the return of the money will be made only by bank transfer, in the iban account mentioned by the Client / Buyer. The money will be returned in maximum 14 working days, from the receipt of the package by the Seller.
3.3 If the Buyer / Customer wants to exchange the product with another, he will pay the shipping fee, plus the difference if applicable.
3.4 The Buyer / Customer undertakes to pack the product / products properly, so as not to be damaged during transport.
3.5 The Buyer / Customer must notify by phone or email that he wishes to return within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the package. The return condition is that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging with all accessories and labels, without signs of use, assembly or disassembly in case of kitchens, dollhouses or other toys that require assembly for use. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

3.6 DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND IMPLIEDLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

3.7 The DIGITAL GIFT CARD cannot be returned and its value cannot be refunded.

The Client / Buyer hereby declares that he fully assumes responsibility for all and any of the activities performed through the account he opens on the website. If the security of the account is compromised, the Client / Buyer must immediately notify the site administrator. 4.3 By using the site www.socolossal.ro, the Customer / Buyer agrees that the Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the Seller and the Customer / Buyer. In case of possible conflicts, we will first try to resolve them amicably, and if the amicable settlement will not be possible, the conflict will be resolved in court, in accordance with Romanian laws in force.
